About the founder

A native of Philadelphia, PA, Crystal is a graduate of The American School of Protocol, Atlanta, GA. Crystal has a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in Business Management from the Thomas Jefferson University. 

Crystal graduated from the Philadelphia High School for Girls and as a youth, she graduated from the Barbizon School of Modeling. After being nominated by her peers, Crystal was awarded the, "Top Model" award at the graduating ceremony for the Barbizon School of Modeling. 

Crystal has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience. She possesses a strong desire and passion for preparing our youth and teens to meet the needs and expectations of today's society as it relates to proper etiquette.
